Most notably, QVLN has had several successful House Music releases, including "Queimar", a single he released with long-time creative partner & friend OVEOUS, which reached Number 1 on the Traxsource Afrohouse chart, & has over 2 million streams on Spotify. “Periodico De Ayer”, a house rendition of Hector Lavoe’s classic, another one of Q’s House Music collaborations with DJ/Producer Hallex M was featured on Spotify’s own Soulful House playlist.
In 2021 QVLN was featured in two songs with Las Cafeteras, a Cumbia remix of Ray Charles’ “Georgia On My Mind” for Stacey Abrams’ New Georgia Project. The video (seen below) was reposted by Bernie Sander’s official Instagram account with over 280K views and received over 100k views on the Las Cafeteras YouTube channel. QVLN was also featured in “If I Was President (Remix)”, a follow-up Las Cafeteras song that featured 5 artists, 4 cities, and 3 Swing states coming together to elevate a collective vision of America that represents Black, Indigenous, working people of color who changed the direction of the country.
