From the sprawling urban expanse of Phoenix, Arizona, Life on Standby, (or LOS, for short), delivers an intense blend of alternative rock and pop-punk that is both high-energy and deeply introspective.

The trio, composed of members who cut their teeth in the city's fertile and long-running punk and hardcore scene, captures the restless energy of their desert home and the universal feeling of waiting for life to begin.

Their sound is a dynamic mix of driving, guitar-heavy riffs and melodic, hook-laden choruses that nod to early-2000s alternative rock and pop-punk of the 2010s, while remaining fresh and distinctly modern.
