Crescent Ballroom, Condesa, and Valley Bar are hiring a Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while prioritizing time-sensitive projects.

Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement engaging campaigns/content for social media
    • Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to:
      • Posting show/event updates (including announces/on sales, support announces, press, new music, etc.)
      • Working with Content Creator to obtain and schedule posts with new content regularly
      • Engage with fans/followers, local bands, bands touring our venues, downtown Phoenix businesses/community
      • Coordinate/schedule for multiple social accounts
    • Creating, overseeing, maintaining, and updating Meta ads for all businesses
    • Website maintenance and updates on WordPress including menus, imagery, and information as needed
    • Execute email marketing campaigns (e.g., planning, scheduling, and deploying, review copy and visual content, getting sign off by department heads, etc.) as well as building and maintaining audiences
    • Writing copy for social posts
Qualifications
  • Prior social media marketing experience – live entertainment/restaurant experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, as well as best practices for content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Strong understanding of Meta Advertising
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress preferred
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with Adobe programs, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ability to act and work independently as well as cooperatively and collaboratively with the team
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask while effectively managing time
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • A passion for music/events, F&B, nightlife industries

Crescent Ballroom, Condesa, and Valley Bar are hiring a Social Media Content Creator to help us showcase and promote concerts, artists, nightlife, and F&B by creating short-form content (TikToks, Reels).

The ideal candidate is creative and outgoing, knows what works on TikTok and Reels, and is passionate about live music, nightlife, and food & drink.

This is a part-time position based in downtown Phoenix at Crescent Ballroom, Condesa, and Valley Bar. Weekend and nighttime availability are required.

Responsibilities:
  • Filming and editing short-form videos that showcase events (CBVB) and food & beverage (CBVB + Condesa)
  • Pitch ideas to promote CBVBCN, calendar of events, to showcase events and sense of place (such as trivia, happy hour, f&b, club/dance nights, shows, DJs, local scenes, etc)
  • Capturing photo and video content for Crescent, Condesa, Valley Bar
  • Editing clips and stills
  • Posting to social accounts
  • Stay up to date on platform trends and audio
  • Work and coordinate with Marketing team to align content with overall strategy
Qualifications
  • Proven short-form video editing skills (in-app or tools like CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
  • Strong visual storytelling skills
  • Reliable, organized, self-directed
  • Available evenings and weekends as needed
