GOSPEL CLAWS
GOSPEL CLAWS
Tempe, AZ-based indie rock outfit Gospel Claws was formed in 2007 by guitarist/vocalist and founding member of rootsy indie rockers Dear and the Headlights, Joel Marquard, vocalist/keyboardist Sloan Walters, guitarist Wesley Hilsabeck, bassist John Mulhern, and drummer Scott Hall. The band's soulful, earthy blend of bluesy indie rock and wild, desert folk has drawn comparisons to everyone from Fleet Foxes and Delta Spirit to Local Natives and the Black Keys. Gospel Claws' eponymous debut EP appeared in 2010.
~ James Christopher Monger, Rovi

Gospel Claws debut LP is going to be released on October 26th, 2010

Praise for C-L-A-W-S:
This is gospel, because even their summer teenage party song sounds righteous, monumental, and holy. This is remarkable complex indie pop that makes you want to convert to whatever church or cult they are running. - roctober.com
ZERO ZERO
ZERO ZERO
Zero Zero is an electro-fuzz-pop project by Nicole Laurenne and Michael Johnny Walker (both of The Love Me Nots), and drummer Nick Ramirez (The Dead Eyes of London, Beezlewood, Butcher Jones).

Original tracks are currently in production, influenced by Sleigh Bells, The Sneaker Pimps, Santigold, Beck, and the Ting Tings. An October 2012 debut EP release is planned on Atomic A Go Go Records. An early demo recording of "Drug" went into rotation on Phoenix radio unexpectedly in June 2012 when Laurenne gave the demo to a disc jockey during a live interview. Two demos are now spinning on independent specialty radio shows out of San Francisco, Boise, and Berlin.

As the team behind garage rock act The Love Me Nots, Laurenne and Walker have written and released five albums, toured the world, appeared in feature stories in Rolling Stone, Spin, Village Voice, Austin Chronicle, LA Weekly, and UK's Classic Rock, among many others, achieved regular rotation on Sirius/XM Radio and commercial radio specialty shows worldwide, and saw their entire discography re-released by french label Bad Reputation Records. Laurenne was named Best Frontperson of 2010 by The Arizona Republic and Walker was featured in Fender’s The Soul of Tone video. Laurenne and Walker continue to collaborate with many other artists on on-going projects.

Formed in 2007 in the unlikely locale of Phoenix, Arizona, KNESSET are a quickly rising band garnering praise across the world. Comprised of Evan Fox (guitar, vocals), Eric Graf (bass), Mitch Manger (mallet percussion, keys) and acclaimed Lymbyc Systym/The Books/ Crystal Castles' Michael Bell (drums, percussion). This young band shows expertise beyond their years at fusing engaging pop hooks, towering shoegaze textures and strikingly sincere lyrics. Their discerning aesthetic of unique tones, melody-packed songs, shimmering vibraphones and propulsive drumming has earned them a growing buzz internationally.

KNESSET have been featured on NME, Rolling Stone (GER), BBC, Q Radio and The Line of Best Fit and have already toured in support of their release throughout North America and Japan with Luminaries, White Denim, The Album Leaf, The Appleseed Cast, Cold Cave, Asobi Seksu and Her Space Holiday.

Coming Of Age was mixed by John Congleton (St. Vincent, Explosions in the Sky, The Walkmen, The Mountain Goats, etc...) and features contributions by Michael Bell (The Books, Lymbyc Systym) and Marc Bianchi of Her Space Holiday.
